ABSTRACT: El CSIC tiene una estructura de igualdad, ¿lo sabías? Y el ICMM tiene un comité de igualdad, seguramente eso sí lo sabías, han llenado el centro de carteles. Pero, ¿para qué sirve todo esto? ¿Nos ayuda a hacer mejor Ciencia? ¿Qué puede hacer por mi un comité de igualdad? ¿Merece la pena invertir fondos y esfuerzo en esto?
The CSIC has an equality structure, did you know that? And the ICMM has an equality committee—you probably knew that, they’ve filled the center with posters. But what is the point of all this? Does it help us do better Science? What can an equality committee do for me? Is it worth investing funds and effort into this?
