This PhD project will investigate a new route towards robust quantum bits based on Andreev bound states in hybrid semiconductor-superconductor devices.
PhD offer: Realistic Modelling of Spin Qubits and Proximity Effects in Semiconductor–Superconductor Hybrid Devices

This PhD project will focus on the realistic theoretical description of spin qubits in semiconductor–superconductor hybrid devices. Spin qubits in semiconductors are among the most promising platforms for scalable quantum technologies, offering long coherence times, fast control and compatibility with nanofabrication.
Postdoc offer: Development and characterization of electroactive materials for 3D printing technologies

The 3D Nanoenergy Lab is looking for a researcher to develop bio-based materials for 3D printing of electroactive materials with applications in the chip industry and energy harvesting. The project aims at pushing the limits of sustainability in electroconductive materials with superior thermal, electrical, and dielectric properties.
PhD Offer: Development of metal-organic frameworks-glass composites for sustainable applications

This is a PhD project focused on the design, synthesis, and advanced structural characterisation of MOF-glass composites for sustainable applications. By combining the porosity and chemical tunability of crystalline metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) with the processability and mechanical robustness of glassy matrices, these hybrid materials offer a promising platform for environmental and energy-related technologies.
