Vineeta Yadav-

Vineeta Yadav comes from India and joined the ICMM in March 2026 as a PhD researcher. She works at Energy2Devices group, along with with Miguel Muñoz Rojo.

What have you worked on so far?
My previous work has focused on FeCaps for memory devices, particularly Hf based , including their characterization, device fabrication, and electrical measurements.

What will you work on? With whom?
At ICMM, I will study the electrical and thermal properties of two-dimensional materials and develop devices based on them. I work with Miguel Muñoz Rojo and the other members of our research group.

Why ICMM?
I chose ICMM because of its excellent research environment, advanced experimental facilities, and strong expertise in materials science and nanotechnology. It is an ideal place to develop my research skills and collaborate with researchers from different disciplines.

And a personal touch: any hobbies?
Outside the laboratory, I enjoy travelling, exploring new places and cultures, watching films.

What would you like to contribute to the institute?
I would like to contribute through dedicated and collaborative research, particularly in two-dimensional materials and nanoscale devices.
I also hope to share ideas, actively participate in the scientific and social activities of the institute.
