Modelo de certificado de Seminarios / Seminar certificate

Si has acudido a un seminario y quieres tener tu certificado, sigue estas indicaciones:

1. El día del seminario, firma el documento de asistencia al final de la charla
2. Rellena este documento con tus datos y los datos del evento (tanto en español como en inglés).
3. Envía el archivo en formato PDF y con apellido_nombre como nombre del archivo a ap.direccion@icmm.csic.es
4. Comunicación comprobará los datos* y te enviará el documento firmado.

If you have attended a seminar and want a certificate, follow this:

1. On the seminar day, sign the attendance document at the end of the talk
2. Fill out this document with your data and the event’s data (English and Spanish)
3. Send the file as PDF and surname_name as a name of the file to ap.direccion@icmm.csic.es
4. The Communication Office will send you back the signed document
