Severo Ochoa Monitoring Board

The Severo Ochoa Monitoring Board is a consultative and executive Committee for actions related to the Severo Ochoa and 
internal excellence action plan. They have bimensual meetings with public reports for the ICMM staff and they duties are:

• Put into action the planned actions and ensure their compliance.
• Suggest new initiatives related to the ICMM’s excellence strategy.
• Make decisions on operations, fund distribution and prioritize the planned actions.
• Justification of the project.
