Paula Maldonado joins the Human Resources department

The staff of the ICMM is also growing in the Administrative Services; in this case, we have talked with Paula Maldonado Blasco, who has just joined the Human Resources department. She's from Madrid and among her hobbies we know that she likes painting and booking.

  
Where do you come from?
I am from Madrid, and I currently live in a small town in Guadalajara called El Casar de Talamanca.

What have you worked on so far?
I have been working in sales at LOEWE in perfumery and at Mercadona for 6 years in all kinds of departments, but mainly in the bakery.

What will you work on? With whom?
My department is HR, so I will be handling contracts, agreements, stays, addenda, and so on.

Why ICMM?
Although I was more familiar with other CSIC centers, I found this center the most interesting, given its existing lines of research and its excellent reputation among scientists and researchers.

In turn, during the selection phase, I called ICMM to find out about the job duties and, when I spoke with my superior, she instilled closeness and familiarity, emphasizing the great working environment among colleagues. Honestly, that was what I liked the most and convinced me to choose this center.

And a personal touch: any hobbies? 
Among my hobbies, I like to spend my time reading, doing sports such as boxing or CrossFit, and painting.
