    The event is co-organized by the Materials Science Institute of Madrid and is held in Zamora from 3 to 5th of July.

    Her research activity is focused on the modeling of molecules and molecular materials characterized by conjugated structures among which pi-conjugated oligomers and polymers, pi-conjugated diradicaloids, organic semiconductor materials, molecular aggregates. 

  3. Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Materials: Cefe López's cover at Advanced Materials Magazine frontispiece

    Cefe López, a researcher at Materials Science Institute of Madrid (ICMM), CSIC, signs a frontispiece at Advanced Materials magazine, one of the main publications in the sector. The scientist wrote an article in which he reviews the relationship between the progresses of advanced materials and a new scenario represented by Artificial Intelligence.

    López is a researcher at  the Photonic Crystals Group, part of the Materials Science Institute of Madrid (ICMM).

    The event is coordinated by researcher Ricardo García and his team: Víctor G. Gisbert, Francisco Espinosa, Diana M. Arvelo and Clara G. Sacristán.

    Beatriz Pérez González, who recently got her PhD at the Materials Science Institute of Madrid (ICMM), CSIC, and the Complutense University, has been chosen as one of the winners of the IV edition of the 'Yo investigo. Yo soy CSIC' competition, organized by the Graduate Department of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). The prize includes a monetary award of 3,000 euros, which will be used to finance research stays in international groups.

    El I Concurso de Nanocientíficas en 60 segundos, organizado por el Instituto de Ciencia de Materiales de Madrid (ICMM), CSIC, en el marco del Festival de nanociencia y nanotecnología, 10 a la menos 9, ya tiene sus primeros vídeos ganadores. Victoria Sánchez Rodríguez, Daniela Fernández y Raúl Orviz y Lucía Cañada se llevarán a su casa una tablet después de lograr la máxima puntuación otorgada por el jurado del certamen.
