The workshop is limited to 120 participants, first come, first served. Presenting Authors will be prioritized.
Registration will be also posible in-site (under in-advance requirement).

- Access to all scientific sessions of the workshop, identification badge and book of abstracts (format still to determine)
- Accommodation from 20.05.2018 to 24.05.2018 (junior: shared room, senior: individual room) with the breakfast included
- All meals: lunch from 21.05.2018 to 23.05.2018, and dinner from 21.05.2018 to 22.05.2018
- All coffee breaks, cocktail reception (20.05.2018), drinks during the poster sessions, and participation in the social events (excursion and closure banquet the day 23.05.2018)
– REGULAR(*) registration. Includes all the aforementioned within the EARLY BIRD and REGULAR registrations excepting accommodation in the Venue Hotel.

Abstract Instructions
Abstracts are brief summaries of the overall goal of the research, showing the specific ideas or concepts that will be presented, including outcomes and implications for practice. Please use Times New Roman 11 as font and size, respectively.
Please, do not use special characters, subscripts or superscripts in the title.
Authors: use bold letters for the presenting author. Names with initials, complete surname.
Please limit abstracts to one single page.
Include a maximum of 1 image with your abstract (500×500 px max) with a caption no longer than two lines in Times New Roman 10 as font and size. References are optional but encouraged. Please limit references to a maximum of the 4 most pertinent citations at the end of the document. Refer to them with a number between brackets.
Notification of acceptance will be done to the presenting author email address.

To register in the conference:
- Fill the on-line registration form.
- Send a message to icmm_eweg2d2018@icmm.csic.es with the bank receipt of your bank transfer payment. When your conference registration has been processed, you will receive confirmation by email.
- If you require an invoice to justify the payment via an institution or any research center, please, send an email to icmm_eweg2d2018@icmm.csic.es with the name of the institution, corresponding address and VAT number. Don’t forget to clarify the payment amount, depending on the corresponding category.
