REVIEW
The current
spin on manganites
Casey Israel, María José
Calderón, and Neil D. Mathur.
COVER STORY IN MATERIALS TODAY,
OCTOBER 2007.
Manganites display diverse magnetic and electronic phases
that can even coexist within the same material. This complexity, which arises
from the interplay of magnetic, electronic, and crystal structures, is very
susceptible to external influences and gives great opportunity for study.
