The ICMM finances part of its activities through the National R+D Programs on New Materials and Advancement of Scientific Knowledge (MICINN). One part of the activity of the Institute is conducted through an important number of projects funded by EU programs. Another source of financing is the Autonomous Region of Madrid (CAM). Collaboration with national industries is done through research contracts or in the frame of official programs. Complementary financing comes also through the Especial Actions program of CSIC.
