Program

The course will cover:

  • Electronic correlations in Novel Materials: Concepts, Fermi liquid theory, Mott physics in single and multi-orbital systems, Hund  metals.
  • Phase transitions and broken symmetry phases: Magnetism and Superconductivity
  • Kondo and heavy fermion physics
  • Topological phases: topological insulators, Weyl semimetals and topological superconductivity
