Castellanos-Gomez Lab

Welcome to the Castellanos-Gomez Lab website. The Lab is part of the 2D Foundry, a research group of the Materials Science Institute of Madrid (which is part of the Spanish Research Council).

Our research focusses on the optoelectronic properties of two-dimensional materials such as graphene and molybdenum disulfide. By using nanofabrication techniques, we can integrate these two-dimensional materials in electronic devices to study their electrical and optical properties.
